Hey guys! I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to a youtube friend of mine Matthew Aronhalt. Over on his channel he is doing a Top 200 Favorite Films Countdown and I have been very impressed with it so far. He has everything from recent hits like Gone Girl, to more obscure animation like Persepolis. I’m not saying I agree with him or his picks but I appreciate his reasoning and what he has put together. I would love to see him get more hits so if you have a chance check some of his videos out and show him some love. I’m really looking forward to see how the list continues on. 🙂
Shame that he’s deleted all his social profiles on Twitter, YouTube and letterboxd
This is so weird. I mean just yesterday he was tagging me in a video. What on earth could have happened?
I’m guessing that he didn’t plan this, he just decided some time today that he was going to get off the internet which is perfectly fine, it’s his decision. But it’s a shame, I really enjoyed his videos and he had just done his mid-year updates which sounded really exciting. Who knows, he may come back one day?
I hope so. I just hope he is ok. I’m sure he is but it all seems so drastic. I agree with you. I really enjoyed his content and friendship.
When youtubers you like quit they leave a hole behind them. Some leave a small one you might trip over, others leave a big one you fall into, I think we can both agree that Matthew Aronhalt falls into the latter category. By the way, I am Dellens 456 on YouTube
